Liner World accepts returns. We are very friendly and want to help our customers get back into their swimming pool without hassle. However, for a return request to be accepted, our return policy must be followed, without exception.
To initiate a Return, Read our policy below:
LinerWorld Return Policy:
Return MUST be initiated within 10 days of receiving your items.
Orders over $100:
$50 Restocking Fee + Processing Fee
Orders under $100:
25% Restocking Fee + Processing Fee
All returns must be approved by LinerWorld and have the return authorization number written on the box for credit to be given to an account. Original handling charge is not refundable. Pool Liners that have been opened and unrolled are NOT Returnable.
MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR POOL BEFORE ORDERING!!!! POOL LINERS THAT HAVE BEEN UNROLLED OUT OF THE BOX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!!

The following products are NOT returnable: Special Orders, & Custom-Made Items
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Do not mark or deface the manufacturer packaging in any way. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition; we will return such products to you. If you reject such items returned to you, LinerWorld reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit by charging your credit card on file. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
You have 10 days from receipt of the product to initiate your return.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if:
1.) You do not initiate your return within 10 days or receiving your item(s).
2.) You do not include the RA# on outside of the package.
3.) You do not send it to the proper address.
4.) Items are not return in their original condition.
5.) You do not meet all other criteria in this return policy.
When we receive, inspect and deem all return policy criteria met, we will refund the amount of the product less a $50, or a 25% restocking fee, and less any processing fees.
Remember, it is your responsibility to repack the product completely and properly, arrange for its return to the appropriate location. We encourage you to insure your shipment so that in the event of loss or damage, you will be covered.
