Liner World would like to help you with customer service issues, problems, and questions. We do not take initial correspondence through the phone or e-mail. Instead we require all customer service to begin through a fax transmittal or U.S.P.S. mail.

To get help with Customer Service Issues: Print this page, read our policy, and follow these steps.

1.) Print & Fill out LinerWorld’s Customer Service Inquiry Form completely and remember to sign it. The return will not be considered if the signature of the person is not the same as on the order.
2.) Fax it to 708-489-9853 or mail it to: Attn: LinerWorld Customer Service Division / 14032 S. Kostner Ave. / Suite D / Crestwood, IL 60445.
We will not consider any telephone or e-mail correspondence and any such requests will be discarded.
3.) Upon receiving the completed request our Customer Service Department will contact you within 48 hours.

We operate according to this policy for efficient reasons and expect the responses to be civil and non derogatory. Anything that does not follow this expectation will be discarded.
