We are very friendly and want to help our customers get back into their swimming pool quickly. We will be glad to help you get pointed in the right direction as long as you follow our warranty policy to the tee.
To get help with Warranty issues: Print this page, read our policy, and follow these steps.
1.) Print & Fill out LinerWorld’sWarranty Request Help Form completely and remember to sign it. The return will not be considered if the signature of the person is not the same as on the order.
2.) Fax it to 708-489-9853 or mail it to: Attn: LinerWorld Consumer Division / 14032 S. Kostner Ave. / Suite D / Crestwood, IL 60445.
We will not consider any telephone or e-mail correspondence and any such requests will be discarded.
3.) Upon receiving the completed request our Warranty Department will contact you within 48 hours.
LinerWorld Warranty Policy:
LinerWorld PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE). Pool liners come with the manufacturer limited warranty only.
Up to 60 days from placing an order, LinerWorld will assist you in the process of whom to contact for a manufacturer’s warranty claim. Moreover, we reserve the right to withhold our assistance, without being obligated to do so.
After 60 days, we destroy all records and LinerWorld will not offer any assistance in claiming a manufacturer warranty.
LinerWorld does include a Lifetime PATCH KIT Warranty with all pool liners.
For any reason, during the life of the liner, LinerWorld will supply you with professional grade patch adhesive to repair the liner for the low cost described below (shipping is not included):
The customer is responsible for completing the repair service. If the liner is not repairable, or if the customer needs a new liner for any reason, the customer is responsible for replacement cost and LinerWorld will sell any liner listed on our website with a $10 discount from the listed sale price.
Warranty assistance will not be given if:
1.) You have not filled out the form (complete with signature) and sent it to us by fax or mail. We do not accept correspondence through e-mail or phone.
We operate according to this policy for efficient reasons and expect the responses to be civil and non derogatory. Anything that does not follow this expectation will be discarded. We are friendly and know that you want to swim. However, this is the way that we operate, and more importantly, part of our Terms and Conditions. If you have frustration and it is related to the amount of time it will take for you to get back in your pool, we do understand and have a solution: We recommend placing a secondary order to get you alternative products, as fast as possible, while separately waiting for the warranty process to run its course. You may end up owning two of the same product, but you will be able to get back in your pool faster.
