Liner World accepts returns. We are very friendly and want to help our customers get back into their swimming pool without too much hassle. However, for a return request to be accepted, our return policy has to be followed to the tee, without exception.

To initiate a Return, Print this page, read our policy, and follow the steps.

LinerWorld Return Policy:
$50 Restocking Fee + ALL SHIPPING CHARGES

All returns must be approved by LinerWorld and have a return authorization number for credit to be given to an account. Original handling charge is not refundable. POOL Liners that have been opened are NOT Returnable.

To initiate the return process:

1.)   Print & Fill out LinerWorld’s Return Merchandise Request Form (completely and remember to sign it). The return will not be considered if the signature of the person is not the same as on the order.


2.)   Fax it to 708-489-9853 or mail it to: Attn: LinerWorld Consumer Division / 14032 S. Kostner Ave. / Suite D
Crestwood, IL 60445.
We will not consider any telephone or e-mail correspondence and any such requests will be discarded.


3.)   Upon receiving the completed request our Return Department will contact you within 48 hours.

The following products are NOT returnable: Above ground pools, Pool Decks, Safety Pool Covers, Special Orders, & Custom Made Items

MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR POOL BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Do not mark or deface the manufacturer packaging in any way. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition; we will return such products to you. If you reject such items returned to you, LinerWorld reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit by charging your credit card on file. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

You have 10 days from receipt of the product to initiate your return.

You must fill out LinerWorld’s Return Merchandise Request Form and send or fax it to us to initiate a return. Upon approval you will receive an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and the address to our returned goods warehouse.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if:

1.)   You have not filled out the form (complete with signature) and sent it to us by fax or mail. We do not accept correspondence through e-mail or phone.

2.)   You do not include the RAN on the return label.

3.)   You do not send it to the proper address.

4.)   You do not meet all other criteria in this return policy.

Your return must reach its destination within 10 days from the date the return was initiated (when an RNA is given). We will ship late items back to you without issuing a credit.

When we receive, inspect and deem all return policy criteria met, we will refund the amount of the product less a $50 restocking fee, and less any handling fees.

Remember, it is your responsibility to repack the product completely and properly, arrange for its return to the appropriate location. We encourage you to insure your shipment so that in the event of loss or damage, you will be covered.

We operate according to this policy for efficient reasons and expect the responses to be civil and non derogatory. Anything that does not follow this expectation will be discarded. We are friendly and know that you want to swim. However, this is the way that we operate, and more importantly, part of our Terms and Conditions. If you have frustration and it is related to the amount of time it will take for you to get back in your pool, we do understand and have a solution: We recommend placing a secondary order to get you alternative products, as fast as possible, while separately waiting for the return process to run its course.
