If your swimming pool liner holds water for any period of time, the manufacturer and the installer did their job correctly. If anything goes wrong after that, and the pool liner does not hold water, it is attributed to one of three things:
1. USE AND ABUSE
2. GOOD AND BAD MAINTENANCE - You have to remember that weather does change from HOT to COLD drastically, sometimes it is impossible to maintain your pool perfectly since we have no way to beat Mother Nature. She's going to do what she wants anyway and this has a direct effect on your swimming pool liner!
3. GOOD AND BAD LUCK - This is usually the kicker because for 4-5 months a year there is a big block of ice in your pool.
When a pool liner leaks, you either find and fix the leak, or you replace the pool liner.
