If the status of your order is "Manufacturer", or you received an e-mail that the pool liner (or another product) is coming from the manufacturer in New York, then you will receive your swimming pool liner directly from the manufacturer. Usually you will receive it in approximately 10 business days (2 weeks). You will not receive a tracking number.....a tracking number will not be available. If you do not receive the pool liner within 2 weeks of this e-mail marked "manufacturer", then LinerWorld will search for it. LinerWorld will not search until the 2 weeks are up. The reason for this is.....it is very rare, but at the same time it does happen occasionally. Do not sweat it. We do understand the pressure of (the wife that wants the pool going, the kids that want to swim, & the installer that wants to keep a schedule). You will receive your swimming pool liner in due time and the kids will be swimming shortly afterward.
