1-30 days LinerWorld

If you are warrantying the pool liner from 1-30 days after receiving it, LinerWorld may warranty the product under these procedures, terms & conditions:

Option 1: Get a new pool liner after you send back the seam credits.

1.) Within 30 days of receiving the product, you e-mail linerworldsupport@comcast.net with the Subject...."WARRANTY OPTION ONE"
2.) You state your name, address, order #, & reason for warranty. If you do not follow these instructions to the tee, you are out of luck.
3.) You send back the side seam of the pool liner (approximately 60 inches long) located on the wall of the pool liner. This piece should be no more than 8 inches wide. You must pay for this shipping & you can overnight it to expedite the process.
4.) Only, if these conditions are fulfilled, upon receiving the side seam, approval will be given, and LinerWorld will send out a new swimming pool liner as soon as possible (UPS Ground). If these conditions are not fulfilled, then no warranty will be granted.
5.) Due to any inconvenience, LinerWorld will supply you with a FREE winter pool cover at  the end of the swimming season. This is a $100 value (but you will have to pay for shipping).  Just e-mail linerworldsupport@comcast.net in September for your Free Winter Pool Cover. Please include your phone #. LinerWorld is not responsible for any other inconvenience or liability including but not limited to water loss, chemical loss, lost swimming time, swimming pool damage and extra installation costs.

Option 2 (FASTEST WAY): Get a new pool liner sent as soon as possible by ordering a second pool liner online first, and getting a credit for the first pool liner after sending back the seam credits.

1.) Within 30 days of receiving the product, you e-mail linerworldsupport@comcast.net with the Subject...."WARRANTY OPTION TWO"
2.) You state your name, address, order #, reason for warranty. If you do not follow these instructions to the tee, you are out of luck.
3.) You order a second pool liner, pay for it, and we will send it to you as soon as possible (UPS Ground).

5.) If these conditions are fulfilled, upon receiving the side seam, we will give you a full credit to your credit card for the first liner ordered. If these conditions are not fulfilled, then no warranty will be granted.

Lifetime LinerWorld Warranty

For any reason, during the life of the pool liner, LinerWorld will supply you with professional grade patch adhesive to repair the liner for the low cost described below (shipping is not included):

  • Year 1-5: $9.99
  • Year 6-10: $19.99
  • Year 11-25: $29.99

The customer is responsible for completing the repair service. And if the liner is damaged beyond repair, or if the customer needs a new liner for any reason, LinerWorld will sell any liner listed on our website with a $10 discount off the sale price.
To claim a LinerWorld lifetime warranty, these procedures must be followed:
1.) Within 30 days of receiving the product, you e-mail linerworldsupport@comcast.net with the Subject...."LIFETIME WARRANTY"
2.) You state your name, address, phone number, date of order and(or) order #. 
3.) LinerWorld will call you to finalize the shipment of your patch adhesive.



Manufacturer Warranty

You can attempt to claim a warranty via the manufacturer at any time based on the manufacturer's individual terms and conditions of warranty. The manufacturer's warranty comes in the box when you receive it. It is your responsibility to follow its terms. LinerWorld does not keep this on file, nor does LinerWorld act as a go between for this claim. This would be between you and the manufacturer. LinerWorld is not responsible for the accepatance or refusal of such claim by the manufacturer.
