You can return a pool liner within 10 days of receiving it, only if the box is unopened. Moreover, a 45% restocking fee will apply and you will have to pay for the shipping charges to get it back to our shop (in other words you will only receive a 55% credit to the same credit card that you used for the purchase...........LinerWorld is located at 14032 S. Kostner Ave., Unit D, Crestwood, IL 60445. The restocking fee covers our cost for shipping it to you, as well as the amount that we discount the product to sell it a second time (as is). We will not accept any return that does not have an Approved Return Authorization Number (RMA#). If a product comes back to our shop without this RMA#, the package will be refused.
To return a product within the above conditions:
1.) You must e-mail
linerworldsupport@comcast.net with the SUBJECT: "
REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER".
2.) In this e-mail you must include your name, address, and order #.

In this e-mail, you must declare that you are "returning an unopened box and are prepaying the shipping charges". You must also declare that you "accept the policy to receive only a 55% credit." Also, the e-mail must be dated within 10 days of when you received the product. Only under these conditions will an RMA# be granted through e-mail.
4.) After you receive an RMA# from LinerWorld, you can then ship the product back to Liner World (at the above address). You must include the RMA# on the label, or the package will be refused.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will not be executed and no credits will be given.
