It is fairly common for a pool liner box to receive some damage during delivery. If you receive a damaged box, please do not sweat it........

Can I return a liner?

You can return a pool liner within 10 days of receiving it, only if the box is unopened. Moreover, a 45% restocking fee will apply and you will have to pay for the shipping charges to get it back to our shop (in other words you will only receive a 55% credit to the same credit card that you used for the purchase......
